These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Travel Peru Tours. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Reservations & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the deposit, minus bank transfer fees.
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Group Minimums
Most tours operate with a minimum of 2 participants. Single-traveler bookings are accepted at a solo supplement rate. We reserve the right to reschedule departures with fewer than the minimum participants, offering alternative dates or a full refund.
Inca Trail Permits
Inca Trail permits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased from SERNANP. If a permit cannot be obtained (sold out), we will offer an alternative trek route at the same price.
Force Majeure
Travel Peru Tours is not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by events beyond our control: natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or government-mandated closures. We will work to reschedule or provide credits in such cases.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions before booking. High-altitude tours involve inherent risks. We reserve the right to refuse or remove from a tour any participant whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
Liability
Travel Peru Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control. We carry public liability insurance for all our operations in Peru.
